Teaching

As an instructional designer I’ve worked with a wide variety of clients and audiences to meet the needs of a large breadth of audiences. I think that learning should change behavior. Learning should be engaging and rewarding to learners. Learning shouldn’t be overwhelming but challenging and engaging. I’ve taught classes to graduate and undergraduate students in basic HTML and video editing with Adobe Premiere. I’ve also provided training on video captioning and other subjects.

Digital Video Editing

I taught the digital video editing course for the Instructional Technology department during the summer and fall semester of 2003-2004. The class sizes ranged from 8 to 12 students each semester.
